2. Service Description

NetWorthed is an AI-powered options trading tracker and copilot designed for the wheel strategy. The Service provides trade lifecycle tracking, AI-powered analysis through our assistant Penny, alerts, and portfolio insights. NetWorthed is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold securities, or manage funds on your behalf.

3. Not Financial Advice

NetWorthed is an informational tool only. Penny is an AI assistant, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment professional. Nothing provided by the Service — including AI-generated analysis, insights, alerts, or backtest results — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

All trading and investment decisions are solely your responsibility. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. NetWorthed is not responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial consequences resulting from your use of the Service.

Past performance shown in backtests, historical analysis, or any other feature does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.

All content, analysis, and AI-generated responses provided through NetWorthed constitute general, impersonal information available to any subscriber. Nothing in the Service is tailored to your individual financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. 4. AI Disclosure

Penny is a generative AI assistant powered by third-party large language models. Penny is not a human, not a licensed professional, and not a fiduciary. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. You should independently verify all information, calculations, and analysis before making any trading or investment decisions. NetWorthed does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

5. Options Trading Risk Acknowledgment

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Options are complex financial instruments that carry risks including, but not limited to: loss of the entire premium paid, obligation to purchase or deliver the underlying security at unfavorable prices, and losses that may substantially exceed the initial investment in certain strategies. The wheel strategy (selling cash-secured puts and covered calls) carries specific risks including stock assignment at prices above market value, opportunity cost from capped upside, and potential for significant unrealized losses on assigned shares. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

6. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your login with others.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Subscription & Billing

NetWorthed offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free tier — Available at no cost with limited features.
  • Pro tier — Billed monthly ($12/month) or annually ($99/year) via Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and content, is owned by NetWorthed and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Your trading data, positions, and portfolio information remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

10. Data Accuracy

Market data, option prices, and financial information displayed in NetWorthed are sourced from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance and other data services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this data.

AI-generated responses from Penny may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should independently verify any information before making trading decisions based on it.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NETWORTHED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED RESPONSES, WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetWorthed and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to NetWorthed in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NetWorthed, Sherpa Works LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your trading or investment decisions; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seattle, Washington, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or the Service itself. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases requiring immediate action.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
